| 1 | preheat oven to 400 deg. | 2 | sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing on bottom of pan | 3 | Add 1 cup of hot water to the rest of the stuffing mix and blend until moistened - set aside | 4 | cut the chicken breast into bite size chunks and place on top of dry stuffing in the pan | 5 | mix soup (I used reduced fat cream of chicken), sour cream and vegetables; spoon over chicken | 6 | Top with the moistened stuffing | 7 | BAke 30 min. or until chicken is done |
