Steps

1mix dry ingredients
2stir in water and butter
3cover and let stand 10-15 minutes
4take 1/2 of the dough and roll out to about 16 by 14. cut into desired size and shape of thins that you want
5punch small holes with fork, brush with water, apply coarse salt or other flavor to taste
6bake in middle of preheated 400 degree oven for 7-9 minutes. less time, more chewy. more time, more crispy. too much time,burned. toward the end of baking time, the texture changes quickly.
7makes 190 to 200 thins depending on how you cut them. assuming about 200, a serving consists of 10
