| 1 | Mix brown rice with carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and spinach. | 2 | Cook the mixture in a pan with water and oil. Add a hint of salt and a touch of pepper. | 3 | When the water starts to boil throw in the vinegar. | 4 | When the rice is soft and ready to eat take it out and let it sit for about a minute. | 5 | Last, throw in the tofu and ready to eat. |
