Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook meats with onion until brown. Open can crushed tomatoes, add seasonings to taste, heat thoroughly. Cook eggs, 1/4 cup at a time in large omelet pan. Place cooked egg circles on well oiled (olive or other) baking sheet in 350 degree oven while make the rest. (should make about 4 total egg rounds). Cut rounds in half and assemble layers of egg "noodle" sauce, meat, cheese, and vegetables. Top with cheese. Bake 35-45 mins in 350 degree onion. Allow to rest 10-15 minutes before cutting.
