Steps
Sequence Step
1in a medium sauce pan over medium heat combine splenda, salt, yogurt and milk, bring to boil, then boil for 1 full minute. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter powder, oats, vanilla, cocoa, and marshmallows. pour onto cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and form into square. Cut into bars before completly cooled.
