| 1 | Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and allspice together in small bowl. | 2 | Beat eggs in large bowl. | 3 | Add pumpkin, vanilla and sugar to eggs. Mix. | 4 | Slowly add in evaporated milk. | 5 | Bake 425 15 mins.
Turn down to 350 and bake about 50 mins or until inserted knife comes out clean. |
