| 1 | Heat oven to 375. Lightly oil a 1-1/2 quart baking dish or spray with nonstick cooking spray. | 2 | In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except beans and pineapple. Mix well. Stir in beans and pineapple. Spoon into prepared pan. | 3 | Bake, covered, 40 minutes. Serve over brown rice. |
