1	cup	all-purpose flour
2	teaspoons	baking powder
2	teaspoons	white sugar
1/4	teaspoon	salt
2	tablespoons	Margarine, light
1/2	cup	skim milk
1 1/2	cup, thawed	Peaches, frozen, sliced, unsweetened
1	cup, packed	brown sugar
1 1/2	cup (8 fl oz)	boiling water

1	Sift flour,baking powder,sugar,salt together in a bowl.
2	Add margarine, cutting in finely.
3	Add milk
4	Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. prepared casserole.
5	Combine brown sugar
6	Bake about 40 min.@375 until pudding rises
