medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)ripe bananas (mashed well)

cupEgg Beaters 1/4 cup= 1 egg

cupNo Sugar Added Natural Apple Sauce

package (12 oz)chocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2Mix dry ingredients.
3Mash banana. Add splenda, add egg beaters, vanilla, and any other wet ingredients. Mix well.
4Add banana mix to dry flour mix, folding until just wet. Add chocolate chips gently.
5Put mix into muffin tins which have been sprayed with Pam or Bakers Joy to avoid sticking.
6Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
7Remove from muffin pan and cool on wire rack.
