| 1 | Filet chicken breats and place in bottom of baking dish. Arrange broccoli and mushrooms around the breasts. Mix the sour cream, ricotta, cheese and oregano (or herb de provence) and then spread across the top. Cook in a 250 degree oven for 90 to 120 minutes for a really tender chicken. |
