1 | Heat water to 110 degrees. Add to warm large mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Let stand 10 minutes, until foamy. |
2 | Attach dough hook to stand mixer. Attach mixing bowl with yeast mixture and add Salt, olive oil and bread flour. Stir on medium low speed for 2 minutes until smooth. |
3 | Place dough in bowl coated with olive oil and turn to coat. Cover with towel and place in warm spot to rise until doubled, about 1 hour. |
4 | Punch down dough, cover and let rise again for 45 minutes. |
5 | On lightly floured surface, turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Roll out to desired shape and place on oiled pizza pan. |
6 | Top with sauce and favorite ingredients. |
7 | Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are browned and cheese is melted on top. |
