cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli

cupscoconut, flaked

cupcoconut milk

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)ripe bananas (mashed well)
Steps
Sequence Step
1combine all dry ingredients
2combine peanut butter, bananas, egg yolks, and coconut milk
3mix all together
4beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter
5pour batter into two greased loaf pans
6bake at 325 for about 75 minutes or until it passes the tooth pick test.
