1PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 325 F. OVEN PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: THAW FISH FILLETS UNDER REFRIGERATION. OTHER TYPE OF FISH FILLETS MAY BE USED IN EQUAL WEIGHTS. PREPARE LEMON JUICE FROM FRESH LEMONS. FROZEN OF CONCENTRATE MAY BE USED. SEPARATE FILLETS OR STEAKS. ARRANGE SINGLE LAYERS OF FISH ON LIGHTLY GREASED OR SPRAYED SHEET PANS.
2COMBINE LEMON JUICE, BUTTER OR MARGARINE, SALT, AND GARLIC POWDER. DRIZZLE 3/4 CUP MIXTURE OVER FISH IN EACH PAN.
3BAKE IN CONVECTION OVEN AT 325 F (HIGH FAN - CLOSED VENT) 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. CAUTION: BAKING TIME WILL VARY ACORDING TO TYPE AND SIZE OF FISH FILLETS. FISH IS DONE WHEN IT FLAKES EASILY WITH A FORK. CCP: Internal temperature must reach 145 F. or higher for 15 seconds. Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
4GARNISH WITH PARSLEY BEFORE SERVING.
