| 3 | In microwave, melt semi-sweet chocolate pieces with shortening in small bowl at 30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. Dip frozen chocolate balls into melted chocolate mixture coating throughly. Place covered ball back onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet to set/dry completely. | 4 | Remove from cookie sheet and store in air tight container until ready to serve.
NOTE: Place waxed paper in beween layers if stacking. |
