Recipe Description Chinese originally created sweet and sour cooking, but the Thai do it very well also. Fresher and cleaner flavor than the Chinese version.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut pork into strips. This is easier to do if you freeze it for 30 mins first.
2Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the sliced garlic and cook over a medium heat until a nice golden color (only takes a minute or two). Add the pork and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes. Add the onion slices and toss to mix.
3Add the fish sauce, sugar and ground black pepper to taste. Toss the mixture over the heat for 3-4 minutes more.
4Stir in the red pepper, cucumber, tomatoes (cut into wedges) and scallions. Stir fry 3-4 minutes more, then scoop into a large bowl. You can garnish it with more green onions and serve.
