cupbuttermilk, lowfat

cup, mashedmashed bananas

cup, choppedwalnuts
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
2Blend the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set aside
3Add oil, buttermilk and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Mix well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
4Add chopped walnuts. Stir until just mixed.
5Pour batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 15 minutes or until rich brown and the center is set.
