Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Beat together applesauce, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, Truvia and agave nectar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix well
2Add four, xanthan gum, baking soda, salt, pepper and whey powder. Beat thoroughly. Stir in oats, cherries, raisins and almonds. Mix well. Divide into 18 cookies and drop batter by large tablespoons onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon. Bake 16-18 minutes or until brown.
