Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat olive oil. Add onion, carrot and celery; stir until onion is tender. Add garlic, bay, oregano and basil. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in lentils. Add water and tomatoes. Simmer 1 hour until lentils are tender. Stir in kale and wilt. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
