| 1 | Beat together Eggs, milk, salt and pepper. | 2 | Add 3 slices of bread and let stand to soak up. Beat together. | 3 | Add onions, mushrooms and grated cheese to bread/egg mixture. | 4 | Add hamburger to mixture and mix all together. Form into a loaf and put into a lightly greased bread pan. | 5 | Topping: Mix tomatoe sauce, brown sugar and mustard together. Add garlic powder and onion powder to taste only - measurements are only a suggestion. Set aside. | 6 | Bake meatloaf in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Pour off excess fat. | 7 | Spoon on 1/4 Tomatoe mixture topping. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes. Repeat until all of topping is added and baked (about 3 times). Check tempature after one hour total time baking.
Remember To Drain Off Excess Fat. |
