cupsfat free half and half/ person

cuptomato sauce

cup, unpackedbrown sugar

tablespoonmustard, prepared

cup, pieces or slicesmushrooms, chopped

Steps
Sequence Step
1Beat together Eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
2Add 3 slices of bread and let stand to soak up. Beat together.
3Add onions, mushrooms and grated cheese to bread/egg mixture.
4Add hamburger to mixture and mix all together. Form into a loaf and put into a lightly greased bread pan.
5Topping: Mix tomatoe sauce, brown sugar and mustard together. Add garlic powder and onion powder to taste only - measurements are only a suggestion. Set aside.
6Bake meatloaf in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Pour off excess fat.
7Spoon on 1/4 Tomatoe mixture topping. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes. Repeat until all of topping is added and baked (about 3 times). Check tempature after one hour total time baking. Remember To Drain Off Excess Fat.
