1 | Add yeast to warm water/brown sugar dissolved mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes covered. |
2 | Stir in salt, oil land egg. Mix in 7 grain cereal then the wheat flour. Mix in white flour last. Knead for 5-6 minutes. |
3 | Place kneaded dough in greased bowl. Let rise until dough has doubled in size...1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours. |
4 | Punch down and shape into 10-14 rolls depending upon the size you want. Put into greased pan. Allow to rise again to double. |
5 | Place pan in preheated 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until they begin to brown. |
6 | Remove rolls from pan to cool when done. |
