cupcoconut flakes, unsweetened

ouncesesame seeds (1/8 cup)

cupsunflower seed kernels, raw

cupcoconut oil

cup (8 fl oz)Agave syrup

cup, pitted, choppedDates, dry

cup, choppedcranberries, dried or mixed dried berries
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine all nuts, coconut and seeds.
2Melt coconut oil and pour over mix. Add agave and toss to coat.
3Spread mixture on 2 sprayed cookie sheets.
4Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden.
5Cool. Add chopped, dried fruit.
6Store tightly covered in fridge or freezer.
