1 1/2	cup	all-purpose flour
1	cup	white sugar
1	stick	margarine (softened)
2	medium	eggs
1 3/4	teaspoons	baking powder
1/4	cup	milk
2	fruits without skin, medium	Kiwi fruit
1/8	teaspoon	Green food coloring
2	ounces	cream cheese, softened
1	tablespoon	butter melted
1	cup, unsifted	icing sugar
1/2	cup, small pieces	chocolate, white
4	tablespoons	jams and jellies and fillings

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Cream sugar and margarine together.
2	Add eggs one at a time.
3	Mix in the flour and baking powder.
4	Add milk and 1/4 c. Kiwi-Strawberry concentrate.
5	Mix until smooth.
6	Blend in kiwis.
7	Add drops of food coloring and mix.
8	Fill cupcake liners halfway full.
9	Preheat oven to 360 degrees fariegnheight.
10	Bake for 17 min
