| 1 | Preheat oven 350
Spray a tube (bundt) pan with non-stick zero calorie cooking spray.
In large bowl mix and cream together butter, egg whites, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
In seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add Flour mixture and yogurt alternately to sugar mixture, stirring well.
Fold in diced apples and pour into tube pan. |
