| 1 | Chop all vegetables, saute for 10 minutes, add spices and saute for 1 minute. Add broth and stock and bring to simmer, add barley, cook 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and lentils, simmer 25 minutes. Add kale and simmer for 10 minutes. |
