1PAN: 12 BY 20 BY 2.5 INCH STEAM TABLE PAN PLACE MILK IN MIXER BOWL.
2ADD PUDDING. USING WIRE WHIP, BLEND AT LOW SPEED 15 SECONDS OR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SCRAPE DOWN SIDES OF BOWL; WHIP AT MEDIUM SPEED 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL SMOOTH.
3POUR ABOUT 4.5 QUART PUDDING INTO EACH PAN.
4REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR UNTIL READY TO SERVE. NOTE: PUDDING MAY BE GARNISHED WITH WELL DRAINED FRUIT OR WHIPPED TOPPING.
