| 1 | In a large mixing bowl add the bran cereal and the almond milk to soften for two minutes. | 2 | In another bowl combine the dry ingredients. | 3 | Add Egg whites and Oil (Almond if available) to the cereal mixture. | 4 | Stir the dry ingredients into the moist. | 5 | Divide into a 12 cupcake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. | 6 | Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes |
