| 1 | Pour olive oil in dutch oven pan and saute chicken, green pepper, onions and adding garlic toward the end of the 15 minutes. | 2 | Add flour, cumin and oregano, stirring the blend all and cooking an additional 5 minutes. | 3 | Add chicken broth, stir and simmering over a medium-high heat until thickened. Then add beans and remaining ingredients. Lower heat and simmer until heated through. |
