4 | MIX BATTER ON LOW SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER MIX. |
5 | DEPOSIT 8LB 8 OZ. BATTER INTO GREASED AND FLOURED OR GREASED AND PAPER LINED PANS. |
6 | BAKE IN CONVECTION OVEN AT 300F 27-30 MIN, STANDARD OVEN 350F 32 -36 MIN.
NOTE USING CONVECTION OVEN ROTATE ONE-HALF TURN AFTER 7 MINUTES. |
