cupcoconut milk, So Delicious, unsweetened 2 Tbls
1/4
teaspoonsea salt
1/8
teaspoonblack pepper

slices (1 oz)Rice Cheese, Cheddar slices

teaspooncoconut oil
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil in non-toxic non-stick 8" pan
2Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings together
3pour mixture into pan, when edges begin to cook, pull up and tilt pan to let liquid pour under cooked portion
4Continue this on all sides until the majority of eggs are cooked softly.
5Flip, cook another 30 seconds. Place 2 halves of 1 slice of the cheese on 1 half of the omelette.
6Slide cheese half onto plate and lift pan to fold other half on top.
7Top with cheese.
