| 1 | brown ground turkey with onion powder | 2 | Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, catsup, spices, water, and boullion cubes, stir until well mixed | 3 | turn heat down to simmer for 1 hour | 4 | Add beans and bring to boil again | 5 | stir and sprinkle in bread crumbs.
