| 1 | Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. In separate bowl, mix bran cereal, milk, egg and oil. Stir and add to dry ingredients. Add apple and nuts. Scoop batter into sprayed muffin tins or use muffin liners. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 17-18 minutes. |
