| 1 | Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a bowl | 2 | In a separate bowl, combine nonfat milk and vinegar then stir to make buttermilk. | 3 | Combine egg and buttermilk; add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Stir in banana. | 4 | Add additional flour 1 tablespoon at a time till at desired consistency is reached (for thicker pancakes).
