cupCannellini beans, canned rinsed and drained

can (15 oz)black beans, canned, drained

lime yieldsLime juice, raw - or 1 TBSP
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat a soup pot over med-high heat with the vegetable oil; saute onion, green pepper, and jalapeno 3-4 minutes. season with salt and pepper.
2Add the chicken, garlic, cumin and coriander; season with salt and pepper. Stir frequently until chicken is almost cooked through.
3If using bouillon, heat together wate and bouillon in medium sauce pan. Add in the tomatillo salsa and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
4Add beans and bring quickly to a simmer for 10 minutes and no longer or you''ll overcook the chicken. Add juice of the lime immediately before serving.
5Serve each bowl of chili with a little shredded cheese, topped with sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro and green onion.
