tortillas (approx 7-8" dia)Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour

package (10 oz)Broccoli, frozen, chopped, unprepared

cupskim milk

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)Tortilla chips, low fat, baked without fat

cups, shreddedlow fat shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix milk and cream of mushroom soup
2cook broccoli in microwave until almost done
3Mix tuna, broccoli, 2/3 of the milk mixture, 1/2 of the tortilla chips crushed,onion powder, and 3/4C of cheese together.
4Divide evenly among 12 tortillas and roll up.
5Place tortillas faced down in rectangular glass dish sprayed with cooking spray
6Pour remaining cheese, tortilla chips and milk mixture over tortillas
7Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min
