| 1 | Spray pan wth non-stick coating | 2 | line pan with 3 tortillas - tear them to fit | 3 | Layer ham over tortillas | 4 | In mixing bowl combine: green chiles, cheese, corn, olives and cilantro | 5 | Pour mixture over ham layer | 6 | n mixing bowl, whisk together: egg, milk, garlic and black pepper. | 7 | Pour over the layers | 8 | Back 45 minutes and check - cook until done(until knife inserted in center comes out clean). | 9 | Cool slightly and cut in to squares to serve. |
