1.5

1
tablespoonsugar
1
teaspoonStevia, 2 packets
3/4
cupdry, rolled oats

1/2
cupsflour, bread, enriched

teaspoonyeast, active dry
Steps
Sequence Step
1Put wet ingredients in bread machine.
2Put salt, sugar, Stevia, and dry milk in bread machine.
3Put 2 Tbsp of crushed 7-grain dry cereal in bread machine.
4Put oats in bread machine.
5Put bread flour in bread machine.
6Put bread machine pan in bread machine, if not already there.
7Carefully put yeast on top of flour, so it DOES NOT TOUCH liquid.
8Set machine for basic cycle, medium color, and add 20 minutes wait time. Or, just set machine, but do not start for 20 minutes, to give oats time to absorb liquid.
9Start machine. Total time should be 3 hours, plus the 20 minutes "soak" time.
10When done, unplug machine and leave bread in machine, with the lid closed, for 30 minutes before removing, to allow bread removal with less tearing around the paddle.
