Place raisins in food processor in 1/2 cup batches and process into a paste. Add the first batch back to the food processor and add brown rice syrup, coconut oil, coconut and almond flavoring and sea salt, pulse until roughly combined.
Scrape raisin mixture into a large mixing bowl and add chopped cranberries, mixing until well combined.
In a separate small bowl combine the ground almonds, oat flour, soy flour, flax meal, ground sunflowers, chia seeds and protein powder.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the moist raisin mixture, stirring by hand to make a dense and sticky dough.
Spray cooking spray into an 8 x 8 X 2 inch pan and line the pan with parchment paper across all four sides overlapping the bottom. Spread dough evenly into the pan, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least an hour then cut into bars.
