cup, wholecranberries, dried

cup, choppedwalnut pieces,chopped

tablespoonsMaple Syrup, sugar free, vermont (1/4 Cup)

cup, unpackedbrown sugar, light (unpacked)

cupunsweetened apple juice

teaspoonsea salt

teaspooncinnamon, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. Wrap cookie sheet in tin foil. In small pan combine brown sugar, syrup and apple juice. Place over med heat (do not boil) until sugar is melted. remove from heat.
2In large mixing bowl mix together oats, nuts, cranberries, salt. Add melted sugar mixture.
3Pour on cookie sheet and spread out to cover entire sheet.
4Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet shortly after baking. Do not let cool on sheet or it will stick.
