1 | Ignite the charcoal. |
2 | Bring Steak to room temperature and season both sides patting seasonings wth your hand. |
3 | Spray grill with a coating of grilling spray and place above coals, to get hot for a few minutes. |
4 | When a few minutes have passed, place steak in center and time for 3 minutes. When 3 minutes have elapsed rotate wit tongs the steak 90 degrees and time for 3 minutes. |
5 | When 3 minutes have elapsed turn steak over with tongs and again time for 3 minutes.When 3 minutes have elapsed rotate with tongs the steak 90 degrees and time for three minutes. |
6 | When 3 minutes have elapsed remove steak from grill to heated plate. Let rest for a few minutes and cut into servings. |
7 | These times may vary according to yor particular grill. The times are for a 1" thick Steak brought to room temperature and for the preferred donenes of "Medium Rare." |
