Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cranberry sauce mix well. In nonstick loaf pan, spread 1/2 sauce mixture over bottom of pan In large bowl. combine remaining ingredients except bay leaves, mix well. Shape meat mixture into loaf and apply cranberry sauce to top. Place bay leaves on top of loaf. Bake for 45 minutes or until loaf is browned. Remove bay leaves and serve Make 10 servings
