Recipe Description Great if you're tired of matza! You can add different seasonings to make them more interesting, sweet or savory. From my friend Maureen's Great Aunt Makla.

cupcanola oil

cupmatzo meal

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil
3Remove from stove and add 1 cup matzo meal and 3 eggs. Blend well
4Grease cookie sheet and place large spoonfuls on sheet
5Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
6Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes.
7You can make these larger for sandwiches or smaller for biscuits or rolls. Savory options: add garlic, basil, oregano, pepper and replace canola oil with olive oil. Sweet options: additional sugar (perhaps brown),and raisins.
