Steps
Sequence Step
1In heated vegetable oil add chopped onions. When onions are soft and slightly caramelized add chopped tomatoes and ginger and garlic paste. Add a little water and let cook for about 5 to 7 minutes till tomatoes are cooked then in a food processor make a paste of onion and ginger till it is smooth and has a sauce like consistency. In the mean time cook zucchini with a little bit of water. When zucchini is soft add the onion tomato sauce and cook for another 8 minutes till the sauce starts to bubble. In the end add curry powder. Cook for a little longer about 2 to 3 minutes and then turn off the heat.
