packages (10 oz)broccoli florets- freeze dried

quarters chickenroasting

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)cream of chicken soup, condensed

fliud ouncesChicken broths

cupMayonnaise, light

teaspoonlemon juice, bottled

cupBread crumbs, dry

teaspoonbutter

cups, shreddedCheese, cheddar
Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil chicken for 20 minutes.
2Thaw broccoli. Drain and pat dry.
3Cover bottom of casserole dishes, 2 11X7 dishes or 1 13X9 dish, with broccoli.
4In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, soup, broth (I use the liquid from cooking the chicken if I have it; instead of buying broth) and lemon juice. Set aside.
5Debone and shred cooked chicken.
6Place chicken on top of broccoli in casserole dish.
7Pore mayonnaise mixture over chicken and broccoli.
8Melt butter in sauce pan and saute bread crumbs until well toasted.
9Sprinkle toasted bread crumbs over casserole dish.
10Sprinkle cheese over casserole dish.
11Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
12This is very good over rice.
