| 1 | Preheat the oven to 200oC. | 2 | Marinate chicken thigh with oyster sauce, corn starch, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes. | 3 | Put the chicken thigh in a baking tray. Wrap the baking tray with aluminum foil and brush it with a pastry brush with butter. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes. | 4 | In a medium pot over medium heat, add water to boil, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper sauce, sugar and black pepper. | 5 | Remove your black pepper sauce from heat to cool and thicken for about five minutes. | 6 | Add the sauce over the chicken. |
