| 1 | in a large bowl, beat toge4thr the4 eggs, ugar, oil and vanilla until smooth | 2 | Blend together flour, cinnanmon and salt. | 3 | Add flour mixture to egg mixture, blending well. | 4 | Dissolve baking soda in water. Add to batter. Combine well. | 5 | Add nuts and apples. Combine well. Batter will be very thick. | 6 | Spoon batter into greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. | 7 | Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan. | 8 | Dust with powdered sugar when completely cool. Garnish with apple wedges. |
