1 | Unroll prepared pie crust on lightly floured surface. |
2 | Spread jam or preserves in a thin layer evenly over entire crust all the way to the edges. |
3 | Using a pastry cutter, cut the pie crust into 32 wedge shapes pieces. |
4 | Roll wedges from the wide end with the filling on the inside. |
5 | Place on a non stick foil wrapped cookie sheet. |
6 | Refrigerate all the roll ups for one hour. |
7 | Preheat oven at 450 degrees. |
8 | Bake cookies 10 - 12 minutes until lightly brown. |
9 | Cool on rack. |
10 | Mske thick glaze with sugar and water. |
11 | Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies and serve. |
