packagepicante sauce

cupsbrown rice cooked

poundlean ground beef

cup, shreddedshredded cheddar cheese

bag (7-1/2 oz)tortilla chips - restaurant stype or strips
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Brown ground beef in a sauce pan until no pink is visible.
3Drain and rinse pinto beans.
41 can of Spanish rice works best, but any cooked rice can be used.
5In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine beans, picante sauce, rice, beef and 1/2 of the cheese.
6Bake casserole for 25 minutes in oven.
7Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
