16	ounces	(8-ounce) pkg of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
14	ounces	sweetened condensed milk
1/3	cup	lemon juice, organic
1	cake (9" dia x 4")	angelfood cake
2	cups	cool whip (8 oz-lite cool whip)
4	cups, sliced	strawberries, sliced

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Mix cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice.
2	Add sliced strawberries.
3	Cut angel food cake 1/2 inch from top.
4	Hollow out middle of cake, tearing into small pieces.
5	Add cake pieces to strawberry mixture.
6	Pour mixture into hallowed out cake.
7	Replace top of cake and frost with cool whip.
