| 1 | Peel and slice sweet potatoes to about 1/2 to 3/4 inches in width. For faster cooking you can cube or cut like french fries. Slice stick of butter into 1/4 TB pieces. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar and butter into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Cook at 450 degrees for about one hour, stirring about every fifteen minutes, until the sweet potatoes are soft and lightly browned. |
